About Tuas Link Close Site

The site at Tuas Link Close is in a very strategic location, right next to the Tuas Link MRT station, at the western end of the East-West Line. This location is close to public transportation, which is vital in an industrial area and provide convenience from suppliers, consumers and also internal employees.

The Tuas area is one of Singapore’s main industrial centers, and it is easy to get there via MRT. It has the developing Tuas Mega Port, large industrial and engineering enterprises, and convenient access to major highways. All of this makes the location perfect for firms in heavy industries, logistics, manufacturing, marine engineering, and other related fields that require flexibility, robust connection, and infrastructure that can handle heavy equipment or automation.

The Developer’s Vision and Design Features

The new development by Soon Hock Land, Skye @ Tuas, is built to satisfy the demands of industries now and in the future. This is an industrial project in a B2 zone with ramp-up access, so trucks can drive right up to the doors of the units to load and unload. That arrangement makes it easier to use forklifts, speeds up production, and cuts down on needless manual handling.

The units don’t have any columns, and the ceilings are high, which makes it possible to have flexible layouts, vertical storage, and the use of overhead cranes or gantries. The air flows more smoothly as well. These characteristics are useful for a lot of different types of users, including those who work with metal, support maritime operations, service vehicles, manufacture things, or run automated assembly lines. There is also planned for the use of smart manufacturing, with enough power supply and infrastructure for safety, ventilation, and following the rules.

Hock Land’s project Skye at Tuas Industrial is a clear attempt to meet the demands of contemporary industry via careful design, connection, and strategic location. Skye @ Tuas is in a great location to become a popular industrial development for a wide range of businesses. It will be fully built by 2031 and will have easy access to MRT, roads, and port facilities. It’s built to make logistics easy, operations scalable, and long-term value in a competitive industrial environment.
